Spot - Beagle mix

This is Spot, a very distinguished looking dog (may be adopted already). His ears are like flags getting blown around in the wind.

I'm not in Toronto, or even Canada, but that is one neat looking dog. I wish I could wave my magic wand and transport him to this spot under my desk right now!

Hi. You're doing what I've been wanting to do - volunteer as a dog walker and photographer at my local shelter. I'll probably be starting volunteering in the next few months, though, which is good.

Do you mind if I ask how you're shooting the dog portraits? If you're using an SLR, what focal lengths and f/stops are you using?

Thanks.

Hi Chris, I'm all over the place with the equipment. Sometimes I use an SLR, sometimes a point and shoot. I've got fixed lenses with the SLR and teles as well. It just depends on what I feel like carrying around that day, mostly.
